The temperature in the table above is the absolute maximum temperature (Tmax), as a general rule you have to keep your temps 10-15 degrees lower under load, and 30-40 degrees lower when system is idle.

    I have an 5800k. The passive temp, not doing much, is around 60-65, so i randomly get shuts off and crashes mid game or rendering in photoshop. Could that be the problem? The temp?

    Specs: 8 GB RAM 1800. GPU Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti, 3TB Storage, recently changed my motherboard for a gigabyte, dont remember the model.
