The temperature in the table above is the absolute maximum temperature (Tmax), as a general rule you have to keep your temps 10-15 degrees lower under load, and 30-40 degrees lower when system is idle.

    what happens if my cpu is like this under load and gaming 90c is that safe cam say it unsafe?

      That's not good, better find the source of the overheating issue. Most common reasons are:
      1. Dust blocking the vents
      2. Old thermal paste
      3. Fans not working properly.

      If you can't find the issue yourself, better take the pc to a local service.
